This strength training class focuses on osteoporosis prevention, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. A certified instructor monitors form and lifting techniques. A variety of strength training gadgets, such as the Body Bar, SPRI tubing, links, dumbbells, resist-a-ball, and the step are used.
Building Bones II- Extra Strength
Take the next step by increasing resistance and using low repetitions to sculpt the "new you." This class uses a mix of traditional strength training and exercises focused on balance to challenge the core and increase muscular strength.
